I've seen Dr. Sayed over the course of the last year and he's done a wonderful job explaining some of my foot issues and helping me with long term solutions. He has a great approach to care and makes sure to answer all questions. My experience with in-office procedures have been fast and pain free. Highly recommend him!

What a great team of doctors and staff! We have been coming to this practices offices in both West Chester and Newtown. They are professional, thorough and friendly. Better yet, they have a pharmacy in their office which is a great touch for a one stop visit. Their new West Chester office is spotless, spacious and has plenty of parking. They also have a great verity of orthopedic shoes and inserts.

Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Brad Jacobs. My daughter is his patient also! Very nice, accommodating office staff, good location and Dr. Jacobs took care of my foot issues immediately. He is very nice, professional and even painless! This is the place to go if you have foot issues!

After researching a heel cracking problem on the internet Podiatry Care Specialists popped up so I figured I'd give them a call. They said Dr. Sayed could see me the next day so I figured even if it's a 47 minute turnpike ride I'd give it a shot. I'm glad I did. The front staff was very professional and got me in quick. Dr. Sayed was very prompt and professional and evaluated my problem and sanded my heel and put a special moisturizer on and also gave me some to apply and return in two weeks. I'm confident the treatment will work and am very satisfied with this practice and will return for any future needs!

After 18 months of pain, I was referred here to find out I had 2 bone spurs. Dr. Sayed helped me with orthotics, ibuprofen and a steroid shot to ease the inflamation. After all of those did not work, we went forward with surgery at Paoli Hospital on 9/9. It went as expected and I was informed that some of my cartilage had also degenerated which was unknown until surgery. That accounted for most of the pain. I am now more than 2 weeks out from surgery and the healing is continues as expected. While I was out of work for 2 weeks (as I was informed I would be), the next step is PT. I have been well-informed and am pleased with my care as well as the front desk!

I've been seeing Dr.Grulke for 7 years now, yes 7 years! I can't live with out her wonderful, perfect, professional care, warm, friendliest experienced surgeon in the world and I really could not live without her and especially walk without her. This woman is amazing and the smartest surgeon out there. The 7-8 last surgeries on both my feet were hard but rewarding. For a paralyzed women I am closer and closer to walking everyday. It's a long story but from my knees down she has been 100% the best doctor ever.
